Wired Automation can help equalize your maintenance and repairs budget by offering a customized service support contract for an annual fee to help keep your machinery and facility maintained, avoid costly downtime and reduce customer risk. This support can be used at your discretion, for the exact services you need. It’s like having a paid electrical / automation specialist on staff, without the cost of a full-time position. We can develop complete solutions by working with you to build an interactive easy to use Preventative Maintenance program or follow a program provided by you.

  • Provides a method for budgeting non-scheduled service or unanticipated breakdowns.
  • Covers all services available from Automation / Electrical Solutions and upgrades to repairs and service.

Panel Design & Fabrication

 

Need a UL or CSA certified control panel?

Let our team build a custom certified panel that meets your needs and requirements. We offer a wide range of custom panel options from small single panel designs to large modular enclosures. We can build panels to customer specified documentation or a Wired Automation complete control solution. It can be turnkey where we will supply all materials needed for the project or the customer can supply the material and we will put it all together into a nicely designed panel build.

All our enclosures are designed with long term reliability in mind. Components are securely mounted in a properly selected enclosure to match environmental locations and hazards.

Optional purged panels utilize pressurized air to ensure the panel is able to withstand harsh environments and protect electrical components.

Combination Starter Panels

A combination starter is a pre-wired enclosure with 2 components that complete it, a safety disconnect and starter. The safety disconnect prevents the panel door from being opened unless the power is turned off.  Combination starters allow for the addition of fusible disconnects and circuit breakers. This can provide additional motor on-off control, motor overload protection, and short circuit protection.

VFD Drive Panels

Variable Frequency drive (VFD) technology offers a cost-effective method to vary the speed of a motor for better control while reducing operating costs and improving production. All Wired Automation VFD Cabinets are custom made for your application.

PLC Panels

Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) Panels are used in many industries such as oil refineries, manufacturing lines, conveyor systems and so on.
